Services and How to Access Them

All services and events presented on the website are provided electronically in the format of online events, webinars, online sessions, lectures, reports, and interviews. Additional materials or recordings of online events may be provided free of charge or for an additional fee and may be offered as products on the website.

Online events conducted by the project author utilize well-known and popular tools and programs such as ZOOM, Telegram, Google Meet, and others.

To take advantage of the offers on the website, the buyer should carefully review the offer beforehand and ensure that the time and method of the event align with the buyer’s capabilities.

A ticket, access, invitation to an online event, or any other means of participation in an online event will be provided to the buyer within 1 business day from the moment of purchase and payment.

If it is impossible to provide the buyer with access to the event within 1 business day, the buyer has the right, and the seller is obligated, to either provide the buyer with an equivalent replacement and participation in another event or to issue a refund according to the terms of the user agreement.

Payment

Payment can be made using the following methods:

• Direct transfers to the entrepreneur’s bank account
• Through integration with payment systems
• Via other payment methods agreed upon between the seller and the buyer

Card Payments

Card payments are processed using the tools available on the website, including methods provided by third parties, such as partners and online acquiring operators.

After payment, the seller undertakes to provide materials, access, and other digital services and goods to the contact details that the buyer provided during the purchase process.

Refund Policy

The most up-to-date purchase and refund terms are displayed in the current version of the user agreement.

The seller adheres to a policy of full refunds for services that could not be provided, or for services that the client could not use within the agreed deadlines and on the agreed terms. However, the seller does not cover commission fees and related expenses incurred during the refund process. Thus, in the event of a refund, the buyer receives the amount of their order minus associated costs.
